A Bit About Me
As a Latina and 1.75 generation immigrant therapist my passion lies in collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds, in ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, and neurodiversity. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges related to anxiety and depression, relationships, life transitions, ADHD, autism, OCD, sleep hygiene, medical advocacy, and women’s issues. In my approach to therapy, I use solution-focused, strengths-based, anti-racist, anti-capitalist, multicultural, and feminist lenses. In sessions, I am open-minded, empowering, and curious. I believe in the power of self compassion in order to support emotional regulation, feelings of safety and emotional comfort, and increased mind-body connection.

We'll navigate this path together by cultivating awareness, delving into values, shedding unhelpful messages, and embracing authenticity. I utilize the following frameworks to guide our journey:

-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
-
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
-
Person Centered Therapy (PCT)
