A Bit About Me
As a therapist who identifies as Black and Queer, my practice is dedicated to offering inclusive and stigma-free care, with a particular focus on clients from marginalized backgrounds, specifically Queer individuals of color and those who identify as neurodivergent. I specialize in assisting clients as they navigate challenges associated with ADHD, autism, anxiety, gender identity, and sexual identity. I strongly adhere to a person-centered approach, recognizing the importance of meeting clients where they are in their therapeutic journey. Building a positive and genuine therapeutic relationship is foundational to our collaborative work, fostering an authentic space for healing. I firmly believe that clients are the authorities on their own lived experiences, and my role as a therapist is to provide steadfast support while assisting in the facilitation of positive change.
