THERANEST
TheraNest is a secure EMR system that our practice uses. TheraNest is where you will complete your intake forms, schedule your sessions, meet via a HIPPA secure video platform, and complete out-of-network payments. All clients are required to have a TheraNest account regardless of insurance.
HEADWAY
Headway is a secure managed billing system that checks insurance benefits and eligibility, files and processes claims, and collects all insurance copays for our company. If you are interested in using your insurance, you will be required to create a client account with Headway as part of the intake process. Using Headway will not change your current copay or deductible, nor will you be charged for anything other than your copay.
