We are excited to share that some of our clinicians are paneled in DC with CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Oxford Health. At this time, our practice is able to offer in-network services to DC residents only. Click here to learn which clinicians accept insurance.

Our practice has partnered with Headway. Headway is a managed billing system that checks insurance benefits and eligibility, files and processes all claims, and collects all insurance copays for our company. If you are interested in using your insurance depending on which clinician you work with, you will be required to create a client account with Headway as part of the intake process. Using Headway will not change your current copay or deductible, nor will you be charged for anything other than your copay. You will not file your own claims unless you are applying for out-of-network benefits.


We know that navigating out-of-network benefits can be confusing, so we are happy to help you file for reimbursement with your insurance provider. If you choose to file for reimbursement, please review the questionnaire linked here with your provider. This form reviews all the necessary information we need to get started. After contacting your insurance provider and completing the form, you can bring the form to your appointment, email it, or upload it to your TheraNest client portal (which will be set up once you've scheduled your first appointment). 


Cost per therapy session for Lyssa, Adriana, and Hilary is $190. Cost per therapy session for Meaghon is $160. All payment is due at time of service. Click here to learn more about the therapy services offered. Consulting rates are determined on a case-by-case basis.


All payments are due at the time of service Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and HSA are accepted.


We do provide a limited number of reduced fee options for clients who are unable to pay our full rate for therapy services. Please fill out our contact form if you are interested in learning more information.


If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel or reschedule with 24-hour notice. The following fees will be charged for cancellations made without 24-hour notice:

  • 1st cancellation: 50% charge of session

  • 2nd cancellation: 100% charge of session


Starting in 2022, there are new protections that prevent surprise medical bills. If you have private health insurance, these new protections ban the most common types of surprise bills.
